What is Life Application Ministries?
Life Application Ministries was founded in June of 1995 after I (Linda Lange) decided to get serious with God. What I mean is that for my 20+ years of Christianity, I wasn’t experiencing the victories that are written in the Word.
My life was as most, it had ups and downs, I knew I was saved, but it was mediocre. I had trials that would send me sailing, and when the blessings would come, they didn’t stay long because in came another problem or situation I had to deal with. I lived on a roller coaster, as things went good, I was happy, when things went bad, I wasn’t happy. Up and down, daily! I had also fought with bouts of anxiety, stress and panic attacks for over 30 years, 20 years was even when I was a Christian! I thought to myself, if this is "the life" I don’t want it.
So I said the same words I said many times before, "Lord I want more or take me home". The difference with this one and the ones I said before is that God knew my heart and knew it was willing to receive the truth NOW. God’s timing is everything, and I know now that if he tried dealing with me in the areas he finally did, I wouldn’t have been able to grasp what he was doing in my life and stayed in my self-pity state of mind.
My motto is "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" John 8:32. This is a scripture that became a reality in my life that led me to my abundant life today!
See, it’s not the truth I found out about other people, situations, or things, it was the truth I found out about me, what I was all about, what I was holding onto, what I was thinking, what I was believing.
Because my life has transformed in ways I never dreamed, experiencing the many blessings God has for his children, I decided to share it with others. This ministry I believe holds the "missing link" between salvation and heaven, I wanted to tell the world so they too can be free!
To date, I have ministered to hundreds of individuals, men, women, children from all occupations and services. I have worked with individuals one-on-one in person, e-mail and over the phone from all parts of the country. My latest encounter was from Scotland. A real blessing to be used of God all over the world, as we know there is no distance in the spirit!
I continue to conduct seminars, host radio programs and provide interviews, speak at churches, and conduct small home group meetings upon request. Topics range from learning how to build a healthy relationship with God, to discerning spiritual warfare and identifying roots to disease.
This ministry focuses on individuals who have a deep desire to know God and the fullness of His Love and Power and have a true desire to walk free from dis-ease and peaceably among all men.

Heaven’s Highway Riders
"Women with a Mission"
Within Life Application Ministries we have a number of activities. Heaven’s Highway Riders are "women with a mission" riding their motorcycles while helping the community. We just completed our 4th Annual ride to the Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home where we were "hailed" out. The weather wasn’t good for riding, but that doesn’t prevent us from visiting with the children. I’m in a band called Crossroads and we gave a mini concert, shared stories and handed out Easter gifts (including a bible) for each child. They seemed to have really enjoyed our visit. This is an on-going event and hopefully next year the weather will be better. In the previous three years, we had motorcycles in the parking lot for the children to come out and sit on and have a Polaroid picture taken of them with the bikes. They really enjoyed that.
We don’t limit this outreach to bikes only, but any individual who has a heart for children.
Help For The Holidays
Another event we hold annually is called "Help for the Holidays". It’s a free shopping day for individuals who need a little help during the holiday season. We are preparing for the 3rd annual event to be held this year at the River Pines Town Hall in River Pines Calif. On Dec. 8-9th.
We display new and used items very tastefully and with care, along with a wrapping station, visit from Santa; stuff their own stockings, and more. This is a free event and anyone can participate. We do look for volunteers every year as it takes a week to set it up. For more information please contact the LAM office or look for articles in future newsletters.
Free Concert!
In preparation for the Help for the Holidays in December, we are conducting a free concert to help us raise items and funds. This year the concert will be held at the Plymouth Park in Plymouth Ca. It is free. For the first 100 individuals who bring a donation consisting of new and lightly used toys, miscellaneous items and clothing, we will give a free meal ticket, which is a hot dogs/chips/drink.
Local churches will be involved, K. Enterprises will be grilling the free hotdogs and providing other scrumptious things to eat and drink for a small fee. There will be face painting, and don’t forget the dime toss and a Polaroid picture on a Harley! This is our 3rd event. The first year Terry Talbot and Barry McGuire was the feature band among five others! The following year the "Team Extreme" entertained us with their feats of strength, along with five local bands. This year we will have three bands and an open microphone where individuals can come and share their talent.
PERSONAL REVELATION
By Linda LangeI plan to share a personal revelation in each newsletter that the Lord has given me. I use these revelations in my seminars but not everyone can attend the seminars so I wanted to share them with you as they come. This one is called "My Dream".
One evening this last week I watched a movie about two families that escaped from occupied Germany to free Germany by a hot air balloon. Their attempt the first time failed, and the 2nd time it caught on fire, yet they succeeded. This was a true story. I had realized that these two families had a vision, a dream and did everything in their power to achieve it, even when the going got tough. They took risks, and did in secret what they had to do to bring their escape to pass.
I also began thinking of the world today and how we are not far from being "occupied" by such people that will want to control and rule us – Anti-Christ period. I just thought how difficult it was going to be for people to live under that regime and not have the freedom we have today. I began praying for America as I went to bed.
The dream I had was this:
I was getting on a plane to Florida. As I got in the plane, the place was packed. The only seat available was way in the back, so that’s where I headed. (In my dream the plane was like a bus seating.) I sat in the back and began looking around. People were fighting and arguing. There were some rude men acting very ugly to the women and other passengers. I tried to tuck myself way in the back so not to be bothered by them but was still in shouting distance of all their filthy communication.
If that was not bad enough, the pilot was drinking a beer and I believe this wasn’t his first! As a matter of fact, he wasn’t dressed like a pilot at all, but looked like one of the passengers, he was one of the rude men.
So with that, I said to him, "I don’t want to be on this plane, I would like to get off."
He laughed, as he took another drink of his beer, and said," We are already on the taxi run, you can’t get off now."
Well, minutes later a crew in a truck drove up to the front of the plane. The pilot was instructed not to continue taxing until the debris or roadwork was completed in front of the plane.
I thought to myself, "Now is my chance, I can get off now and ride back to the airport terminal with them". So that’s what I did.
As we were almost back to the terminal, we heard an explosion. We all jumped out of the vehicle and saw the plane in the air as a ball of fire with pieces coming down all over the place. I just sat down and began crying uncontrollably so much so that the men in the vehicle with me tried to console me. They knew I would have been in that plane too.
I normally don’t read into my dreams, but I believe this was a prophetic word to me, and I hope it is one for you.
My life was saved because:
- I didn’t "go with the flow" but went with my "gut" instincts (In life we don’t do many of the things we want to because no one else is doing it, or fearful of what others may think or say.)
- Recognized the opportunity to fulfill what I desired. (With every "gut" feeling comes provision from God – we need only to recognize it. I think God has always given us a way out – which is biblical – but our problem is that we are too blinded by our own beliefs to see it.)
- And acted on it at that moment. (Timing is everything, if I would have thought about it any longer, I may have missed my chance to escape. I believe many of us may get that "gut" feeling, may even see the provision, but won’t budge!)
I realized that this is only a dream but I have looked at my life and saw that I had "gut" feelings but didn’t move on them. Sometimes because of what others thought, other times is because I didn’t see how I could possibly do it, or simply because I was lazy and thought I’d just do it later. The truth of the matter is, whenever we have that "knowing" in our spirit, we better begin to open up to the provision God is giving us. The bible says, "With every trial there is a way of escape".
I pondered more on this dream to connect it to what I teach in ministry. I realized that the reason I heard the Lord speak (that gut feeling), and I saw clearly the provision, and did not hesitate to move was because I had a right relationship with God. I believe that if I didn’t have the relationship I have with Him today, this dream may have turned out different.
It’s not that I’m perfect and do everything right, that is far from the truth, but my life is transparent before God. I allow him to reveal the "junk" in my heart of bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, fear, to name a few. I confess my faults, weaknesses that are my sins and iniquities and stay clean before Him. That’s how we live in righteousness, applying the provision Jesus gave us through truth and forgiveness. Because of this, my heart and mind is clear to see, hear the Lord’s still small voice, and then act on it without question or hesitation. Boy what freedom is in that!
Our sins and iniquities and fear prevent us from the move of God in our lives. So building that relationship with God, receiving His love for us personally, dealing with the ‘spirit of fear’ and sins and iniquities, opens up the channel for us to hear the still small voice and then to see the direction he wants us to take.
I believe that’s where we all want to be. I believe we want to have the "knowing", and be able to "move" on it without question or hesitation. We will only achieve this level of spirituality when we have completely received the Love of God for ourselves. You will then have what you need to live the life you truly want to live.
The last part of my dream was very interesting. It goes like this:
Tom (my husband) picked me up at the airport and as we were at a stoplight, I noticed on the side of the road the pilot of the plane. He walked up to the door window on Tom’s side, touched his hand and said something – of which I
don’t know – and walked away. I immediately recognized him as not just the pilot but the Devil himself. The Devil was driving those people to their doom, and I heard the prompting of the Lord to get out of there now! Later would have been too late, I needed to act on that instinct immediately!
As with all of us, we need to act upon our "gut" when it appears. We aren’t to go neither by our feelings nor by the thoughts in our head, but by our heart. Each of us has the ability to listen to our heart; we just need to be willing to build the relationship with God so our mind and heart remain clear of any obstacles that may be hindering us from experiencing His Love, His protection, His provision and His power.

Special FeatureI want to feature special individuals each month that has received help from this ministry. I won’t mention any names, but the story will remain true. Here is the first one I’d like to share.
I received an email from a lady who said she "accidentally" found my Web site. She and I began communicating by email and have become good friends in the process.
Her situation was like some of yours may be and I believe her transformation will be of encouragement to you. It’s when she discovered the "truth" that set her free!
She is married to a military man who is gone for months at a time on duty. She couldn’t wait until he left because then she had peace in the house, and always dreaded when he would return. She shared her life with me briefly, the relationship with her mother, siblings, children, church, and husband. She shared the physical and emotional illnesses she had as well.
As I read her email, I noted a number of things that I saw as "roots" to her problems. Before I began ministry with her I first asked her this question, "Are you willing to go on a journey of truth with me, no matter what may come out?" She responded with "YES" and went on to say, "I’m sick of being sick and tired and your web site gave me hope."
I discovered through the years of ministry that the individuals that find me are those who are at their last straw and ready to do anything!
So with that, I began opening her life up to her. I took her email apart and was able to share with her where "she" has been the problem. Many of us think it’s everyone else causing our grief and that if "THEY" would just leave us alone we would be OK.
The truth of the matter is that no one would be able to cause us any grief unless we already had something within us allowing the individuals to upset us. We should dwell peaceably among all men, not be offended, touchy, or hurt by others, but overlook offenses and forgive quickly. But that’s not what we have done most of our lives. We have collected painful memories, we may even have a box of pictures we take out from time to time and cry over the regrets.
I began sharing with her that she has been most of the problem. She doesn’t have patience, forgiveness, or right love toward her husband because she doesn’t have it toward herself. I began sharing the importance of a right relationship with God and receiving his PERFECT unconditional love and only then could she begin to see her husband in a different light, through the eyes of love.
I began asking her questions, that I already knew the answers to but wanted to hear them from her. She had ailments in her flesh that I realized manifested in the spirit first. I was able to use her physical ailment to identify the spiritual root behind it all.
We corresponded back and forth for about 3 or 4 weeks, and I’m happy to say that she has been transformed dramatically! The husband whom she dreaded to see come back from TDY was now eagerly awaiting his arrival. There is now peace in the home and both are enjoying the benefits!
She had been in a miserable state of mind for many years and didn’t know why. After all, she was a faithful Christian and loved the Lord very much. But when she began discovering the "truth" that dwelled within her, she began getting freer and freer every day!
See, it’s knowing the truth, and it’s the truth (JESUS) that MAKES us free. There’s nothing more we are to do! The bible says in John 6:28, "The work we are to do is believe". I know why Jesus said, that, he knew how hard it was going to be for us to simply believe. Believing has a lot to do with being patient and waiting for the Lord to come through. What peace there is in that! I tell people that once you have discovered the truth about something, Jesus MAKES you free from it! It just works that way.
My friend is now enjoying her life. Sure she has things to work out and deal with but now she’s doing it without fear, in peace, receiving the Love of God completely even when she doesn’t do everything perfectly, and finding joy in her life!

INSIGHT ON DISEASE
Diseases that are incurable, etiology unknown (don’t know the origin), is most likely a spirityally rooted disease and no amount of diet change or drugs or operations will heal that ailment. The antidote is "truth".
This issue will focus on allergies.
Root to allergies is a broken spirit. "A merry heart does good like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones" Proverbs 17:22
It is proven medically that when the bones dry up within, allergies are a result. Let’s take the Lord at his word and let’s go to work. If you have been hurt badly in your life to a point when you think of that person you feel sickly, angry, or would like to see them removed off the face of the earth, then you just recognized a piece of the puzzle. I say a piece, because sometimes it’s more than one person. Remember, the TRUTH shall set you free. As you begin to discover the truth, the WORD sets you free.
So, now that you have identified the individual – some of you may have to ask God to help because you don’t recall anything like that (the truth is you may have pushed it down so deep only God can dig it up again) and these unresolved issues are what is making us SICK!
Once you have identified the individuals, then take them to the Lord and forgive them. Forgive yourself as well, and ask God for a healing in your spirit.
See unforgiveness keeps us in bondage to the very thing we hate! Forgiveness releases us!

The information in his book was very instrumental in helping me in my life and the ability to help others. That book is a must for every home. Both are very helpful for individuals wanting to learn more about God the Father, God the Son and Go the Holy Spirit and how relationships with them, others and ourself affects the world around us.
